- Setting: Clinic
- Types of Patients: General Oncology patients
- Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days
- Requirements: Board Certification and Active Colorado license
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
- Current Flu Vaccination is Required
