**Medical Oncology opening in UP Michigan** - Located in ***Marquette, MI*** - 170 miles from Green Bay, WI - Service area of 350,000 people - Full-time, permanent opening - Employed position - BC/BE BE/BC Oncology - $100k Signing Bonus Position Summary: - Dynamic Team: Join a collegial and supportive group of 5 providers, including 1 physician and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). - Balanced Practice: Enjoy a 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient mix, with an average patient load of 18-25 patients per day. - Convenient Call Schedule: Call is currently 1:3 with very few calls, all of which can be handled via phone. - State-of-the-Art Facility: Our office is equipped with an EMR system and offers a comprehensive support team, including a genetic counselor, dedicated research associate, and weekly tumor board meetings. - Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a strong primary care team, 10 RNs, 2 navigators, 1 RN case manager, 2 pharmacists, 1 pharmacy tech, 1 lab tech, 1 office manager, 1 clinical director, 1 social worker, 2 financial counselors, 6 clerical staff, and 1 program director - Accreditations: Our program holds prestigious accreditations from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (ACOS CoC), National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), and American College of Radiology Radiation Oncology Practice Accreditation (ACR ROPA). Practice Highlights: - Comprehensive Care: Providers are assigned to three rooms, with patients roomed by an RN and comprehensive assessments performed. A triage nurse handles all incoming clinical calls. - Efficient Scheduling: The office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
