  • Dates of Coverage: 3/24-3/30, 5/26 - 6/1, 6/18
  • Shift(s) Description: M-F, 8:00 - 5:00
  • 1:4 call weekends
  • Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
  • What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %: 50/50
  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
  • How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL: TBD
  • Clinical Area: Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Oncology - Outpatient Setting
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Non trauma
  • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
  • Required Procedures: Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural / Peritoneal, etc.
