Hello Dr. {{ last_name }},
There is a new Outpatient Medical Oncology position in North Carolina; starting ASAP and will be ongoing. (3 - 12) month contract with option to extend. Close to the beaches at a clinic, in a beautiful area! Competitive Pay Rate!

Details:
Schedule: 4-5 days per week ( 2-4 weeks per month)
• 3 providers needed. Need is ongoing until permanent providers are found. **Willing to review a candidate that has already applied for the NC licnese with application already in process.
• Certifications: BLS required, Board Certifed Medical Oncology; ( no new grads) 4 or more years experience required
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, and .5 APP
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4pm. Minimum committment is a 4 day work week March -October.
• # of patients per day: 16-20
• Additional job specifics: 80% medicaid; 100% adult. Physician will see new & established medical oncology patients in a clinical setting, oversite of assigned patients receiving infusion; potential participation in assigned site specialization, targeting malignant hematology, GI, and breast but will see all general oncology patients. Encounter closure within 72 hours of patient visit. Attend required provider orientation, training meetings, etc. Refer for clinical trials as appropriate.
- May float between 2 locations which are 20 minutes apart.
