August 18th – 21st (Mon-Thurs)

September 8th – 12th (Mon-Fri)

October 6th – 10th (Mon-Fri)

November 3rd – 7th (Mon-Fri)

December 1st – 5th (Mon-Fri)

· Outpatient

· No call

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· Active WI License or IMLC

· Board Certified or Eligible

· ACLS / DEA

· Covid Vaccine

COMPENSATION:
