Job Details
Type: MD/DO, permanent fulltime
Schedule: 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at Grande Ronde Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
1 day a week, 8-hour day at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE,
approx. 6-8 patients a week at WMH, and mileage is reimbursed.) Telehealth options offered as
needed for weather conditions
Call Ratio: Coordinated with Nurse Practitioner
EMR: EPIC
Licenses and Certifications: Oregon State medical license, DEA, Board Certification or Eligibility,
BLS or ACLS

**Oregon Tax Credit:** The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]
