Clinical Role:

- Feb 17-20 - 8a-5p
- Feb 24-27 - 8a-5p
- Mar 3-6 - 8a-5p
- Mar 10 - 8a-5p
- Monday-Thursday 8a-5p with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Setting: Clinic Trauma Level III
- FTE: 0.8
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Some rare biopsies and bone morrow
- The locum will also provide oversight to their infusion clinic who sees 35-45 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: RN, MA
- Reason for Coverage: Current locum requested vacation time
- EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before trainingVirtual training must be completed prior to the providers’ first day
- Board Certified Medical Oncology - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)
- Active CO License - Highly Preferred
- Active BLS - Required
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
