We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Oncology Physician for a locums-to-permanent position at a 127-bed Level III trauma center in Coos Bay, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to work in a community-focused healthcare facility while providing exceptional oncology care.

In this position, you will work 8-hour days with on-call responsibilities. The on-call rotation is 1:4, primarily consisting of critical lab calls, with a requirement of seven days of call per month, including one weekend. You will be part of a dedicated oncology team providing comprehensive cancer care to a diverse patient population.

Shift Details:

  • 8-hour day shifts
  • On Call Requirements: 7 days of call per month, including one weekend; 1:4 call schedule focused on critical lab calls

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology (required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
  • Active Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain (required)
