We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Oncologist to join our team in the Ozark Mountains, just a few minutes from Branson, Missouri or Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity to replace a retiring physician and partner with an established radiation oncologist in a well-respected community hospital setting.

Key Highlights:

  • Replace a retiring physician in the community joining a 174-bed, level 3 trauma center serving a population of approximately 90,000 across 6 counties
  • Work closely with radiation oncologist to ensure seamless medical care
  • Manage a significant patient volume of up to 40 patients per day receiving chemotherapy
  • Direct involvement in seeing 20-25 patients per day, with about 30% hematology cases
  • Collaborate with UAMS, AR Saves Stroke Program, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and the Angel Program

Financial Package:

  • Verified total annual income of $815,000+
  • $35,000 sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 per year student loan repayment (or added to base salary if not needed)
  • Comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision and professional liability insurance
  • 5 Weeks PTO, 1 week CME, retirement packages
