** Locum to Perm: Oncologist/Hematologist - Coos Bay, OR** **Assignment Dates** - Start Date: Open - End Date: Ongoing **Position Details** - Accepting both part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates - Outpatient only, no inpatient consults - Clinic at free-standing cancer center with 19-chair infusion room and onsite mixing pharmacy - Radiation Oncology onsite - Average Patients per Day: 10-15 - 1:4 call, primarily critical lab calls (including one weekend) - 8-hour shifts - Collaborative affiliation with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and member of OHSU Knight Cancer Network **Compensation and Benefits** - Total compensation: $600k+ (based on experience and full-time employment) - Potential sign-on bonus (to be discussed at interview) - Relocation assistance, if applicable - Comprehensive benefits with 6% retirement match - Generous PTO - CME and licensing/professional fee allowances - Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic - Onsite Child Care and Learning Center **Submissions Requirements** - Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology: Required - Oregon license or willingness to obtain: Required - Experience practicing Radiation Oncology: Required - BLS certification or willingness to obtain: Required - Ties to Oregon (family or previous residency): Required - Indicate preference for part-time or full-time employment in submission
