Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the medical oncology department, ensuring efficient operation and high standards of care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment plans.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of oncology staff and ensure ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
