Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the medical oncology department, ensuring efficient operation and high standards of care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment plans.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of oncology staff and ensure ongoing professional development.
- Foster a culture of research and innovation within the department to advance oncology treatment and care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of long-term goals for the oncology department.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Oncology.
- Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
