**Oncology opening in Great Falls, MT** We are excited to announce new Oncology practice opportunities for 2023 and 2024! We have an established regional cancer institute located in Great Falls, MT, and will be expanding services into a brand-new multispecialty facility in Helena, MT, featuring an oncology infusion suite by early 2024. Each location offers unique practice environments, and we welcome discussions about either opportunity. Our primary cancer institute, accredited since 1981, offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to cancer care with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. **Position Highlights** - A multidisciplinary cancer care team, including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, APPs, dosimetrist, physicist, nurses, clinical supervisors, nurse navigators, genetic counselors, social workers, and more. - A 54,000-square-foot cancer treatment facility with amenities like an indoor healing atrium, meditation room, teaching kitchen, and a patient housing facility at no cost. - Onsite lab, pharmacy, PET CT, CT, and X-ray. - Catchment area serving 275,000 patients in Northcentral Montana, with a highly appreciative patient population. - Independent, financially stable, not-for-profit health system. - Regional tertiary center with robust specialty support, including neurosurgery, neurology, pulmonology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more. - Dedicated to providing patient-focused, quality care across the community and region. **Facility Details** - A spacious infusion center with 20 chemo chairs (expanding to 36) and a range of semi-private and private rooms. - Multidisciplinary tumor board meeting twice a week. - Full access to hospital services through an indoor tunnel, making consults, rounding, and transfers seamless. - Strong support from experienced infusion nurses, certified oncology pharmacists, and clinical research teams. - Opportunities for telehealth visits, outreach, and community cancer events. **Benefits Details** - Employed position with a competitive compensation structure, including a guaranteed salary, productivity bonuses, and additional incentive compensation. - 8 weeks of paid vacation, 5-7% retirement match, $6,000 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage (including tail coverage). - Strong work-life balance to ensure physician wellness. - Expertise in J1 waiver sponsorship and support for permanent residency. - This opportunity offers a dynamic and rewarding oncology practice, with exceptional facilities and a commitment to quality care, in one of the most beautiful regions of the country.
