Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Oncology OR Hematology/Oncology (will not accept a Hematologist who isn’t Boarded in Oncology)
• BLS
• MI License or IMLC
• Provider cannot have a long work history
• Must be comfortable doing Malignant Hematology (inpatient)
