COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Medical Oncology (ONC)
  • Base Salary Guarantee + wRVU Production
    • Multiple physicians in the practice well over the 90th% of wRVU production ($877,000 MGMA 90th percentile)
  • $10K Relocation & Up to $30K Sign On
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package including 5% Retirement Matching Relocation, Malpractice Insurance, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, etc.
  • Retirement (403b with match and optional 457b)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Medical Oncology (ONC)
  • Employed Opportunity
  • Office call: physicians take at night (weekly rotation) 1 week per month. Weekend hospital call: 7-8 weekends per year
  • Radiation oncology physicians on-site
  • Tumor boards with of a multitude of specialties available
  • Full support staff for each physician to include MA and RN
  • Research affiliation with Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center - numerous clinical trials/care available within the health system
REQUIREMENTS Medical Oncology (ONC)
  • Must have an M.D. or D.O.
  • Fellowship trained and Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hem. Onc.
  • Must have or be able to attain a TN Medical License
