Requirements:

• Board Certified – Required
• Active IA license or IMLC – Required (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)
• COVID Vaccine – Required
• Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing – Required (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
• MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time – Required (notate at time of name clear)
