Coverage Needed

• Cover 2 clinics (not in the same day)

Schedule

• 3 days/week
  • 2 days at 1st clinic and 1 day at 2nd clinic
• Mon - Fri
• 8a - 5p

Clinical Details

• Clinic coverage for solid tumor with high emphasis in breast and secondary Melanoma
• 100% adult clinic
• Lab and x-ray onsite
• Number of exam rooms: 2

Requirements

• Must do Breast and Melanoma
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• Fellowship - Preferred
• Board Certified
• BLS

Support Staff

• 1 PA
• 12 NPs
