Come join a 192 bed Regional Medical Center in the Kentucky Mountains amidst a lively mountain community and have the opportunity to run the Hem/Onc department as you will be the only provider at this facility but will have the support of a community of providers within the Health System's other nearby hospitals in the region.
Opportunity:
*Incoming Physician will have full control over the Hem/Onc department at this Hospital with the help of mid-level support (NP)
*Other Providers at the Health System's nearby hospitals provide community for incoming physician
*Low Call Burden - past provider had to go onsite for call less than 5 times in 8 years
*75th MGMA pay - Base + RVU production bonus + Sign On + Relocation
*Visas Welcome with a proven track record of successfully receiving waivers for specialists
Community:
*Vibrant community in the Kentucky Mountains near Pikeville, KY
*Lots of Outdoor activities including boating on two nearby large recreational lakes as well as biking, hiking, hunting, and fishing
*Lots of local arts and music festivals amidst a charming downtown
*Nearby Country Club for golf, swimming, and tennis
