Job Responsibilities

Clinical:
Patient volume and split:
15-20
Around 75% Medical Oncology and 25% Hematology
New patients per day on average
1-2 new patients per day
Radiation Oncology:
Two physicians employed by the hospital
Clinical and Support Staff:
Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Infusion Nurses (Oncology certified), MA’s, Financial Counselors, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, Genetics Counseling, Navigation Techs, Dieticians, Research Nurses, Social Workers, and front office staff.
EMR: Epic

General Medical Oncology setting
All basic forms of cancer are treated at this location
Rounding:
1-4 patients per week
Call:
NO CALL for the first two years of the contract
EMR: Epic is used across the entire system

Working Hours

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
4 clinical day, 1 administrative day
