- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule
- Shared regional call
- Established team of experienced nurses and nurse navigators
- Advance practice provider support
- COC accredited cancer center includes 13 bay infusion therapy unit, radiation therapy services, survivorship planning, patient support services and meditation garden
- Clinical responsibilities will include: developing treatment plans for new diagnosis in hematology oncology patients, chemotherapy oversight, supervising advance practice provider on follow up patients, and participation in tumor board
- Participation in a 9 -hospital system of cancer care with 5 COC accredited sites sharing a common medical record and planned COC Network
- Close collaboration with a Cancer Care team which includes a multidisciplinary team of specialists including radiation oncologists, hematology oncologists, surgical oncologists, gynecologic oncologist, neurological oncologist, hematology oncology fellows, and patient navigators
