State License Required to Apply?: No (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
Minimum # Years Experience: 3
Requirements Notes: Provider can be board eligible (within 5 years of program
completion).
DEA Required?: Yes

Coverage Need Details:
8a-4:30PM Monday - Friday 4:30p-8a Night Call 8a-8a 24 Hour
Weekend Call Mostly days in clinic. May have some rounding in the hospital and on-call
coverage. No weekend clinic.
Estimated Shifts/Month: 20

Average Admissions While On Call: 1

*Weekday evening call volume is low, and they are trying to work out whether they can have this covered by another site.
*Weekend call is 1 weekend out of 5. The volume during the weekend is also low. The
provider would only be called on site if there was a stat consult, which is rare.
*What does the Support Staff look like?1 FT APP and there is only one physician on site.
*This is to backfill a provider who is working FT and leaving, and the need is ongoing until a perm is
hired
