MDM Search and our Oncology partner are seeking a top level Medical Oncologist for a great new position in Indiana.

The oncology practice, has provided the highest quality of patient care for nearly 20 years and is currently recruiting to accommodate the increasing demand for our Oncology services.

Practice Details:
8 exam rooms, 11 chemo chairs, lab area, dedicated research area and chemotherapy suites
4-day clinical week, 1 day admin
Innovative, early-phase (Phase 1&2) clinical trial program and a demonstrated history of success
Dedicated research SMO, supporting the practice and the broader Verdi Oncology network
Full support staff: RNs, MAs, NPs, research team and research RN,
Call Structure: Weekends are 1:3; weekday schedule to be determined amongst providers

Compensation and Benefits
Combination of base salary wRVU bonus plan; targeted total compensation of $600K-$750K annually can be expected for this position. Plus Bonuses. Offering additional incentive features depending on the experience level of the successful
candidate.

Malpractice Insurance – Occurrence based
CME Allowance $4,500 annually
Licensing Fees & Dues $1,500 annually
Paid Relocation
PTO 5 Weeks + 10 Paid Holidays + 5 Sick Days
401K – eligible after 6 Months of Employment. 100% match for first 3% employee contribution
50% for the next 2%
