Schedule: 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at Grande Ronde Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm._x000D_
1 day a week, 8-hour day at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE,_x000D_
approx. 6-8 patients a week at WMH, and mileage is reimbursed.) Telehealth options offered as_x000D_
needed for weather conditions_x000D_
Call Ratio: Coordinated with Nurse Practitioner_x000D_

**Oregon Tax Credit:** The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above.
