DESCRIPTION:

· Shift Times: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, less a one-hour unpaid lunch

· Full office staff

· 20-25 Patients per day

· DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries

REQUIRED:

· 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine preferred

· WI State License

· DEA - somewhat flexible with the DEA

· BLS

· DOT
