Locum Occupational Medicine Physician - Frisco, CO 70 miles to Denver CO Assignment Dates: Ongoing Assignment Job Details: Location: Frisco, CO Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Coverage Type: No Call Rate: Negotiable (Tell us your Rate) Schedule Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule) Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM) First & Third Week of the Month: 1 day per week Second & Fourth Week of the Month: 2 days per week Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day Required Procedures: Level 2 Workers Compensation Certification DOT Physicals Impairment Ratings EMR System: Epic (Training Required Prior to Start) Support Staff: NP/PA, MA Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Less than 30 days (must have a clean file for rushed credentialing) Requirements: Board Certified in Occupational Medicine - REQUIRED Colorado License or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) - REQUIRED Active BLS & DEA Certifications - REQUIRED Level 2 Certified in Workers Compensation - REQUIRED Availability for Specific Dates Through May 31, 2025 - REQUIRED Must Complete EMR Training Modules Before Virtual Epic Training Local, Drive-In Candidates Preferred Clean Malpractice & Background Required Additional Information: Reason for Coverage: Recruiting to replace a termed physician Facility Will Not Credential for Other Locations Preferred Lodging: Must follow CommonSpirit Health Travel Policy Air Travel: Allowed, but local providers are preferred due to limited shifts No Call or Weekend Coverage Required
