About the Practice


  • Located within the state-of-the-art facility, with on-site rehab, ortho, diagnostic (X-ray, MRI, CT), and lab services
  • Lead a collaborative team of 3 full-time NPs and 2 PRN NPs, supported by a dedicated internal medicine physician
  • Focus on workplace health, safety, prevention, and education, with opportunities for professional growth and annual on-site training


Schedule


  • 60% patient-facing care, 40% administrative duties
    • Average of 30 occupational health patients and 20 wellness patients per day
  • Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekends or call required


Compensation & Benefits


  • Annual salary between $240,000 and $300,000, with additional performance-based incentives
  • Generous benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, and 5 CME days with a $4,000 allowance
