Occupational Medicine Locums Job in Colorado | ASAP Start Through May

Schedule for Assignment #107274:
--8am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch (12pm-1pm)
--Site needs one day every 1st and 3rd week of the month and 2 days every 2nd and 4th week of the month.

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified Occupational Medicine - required
--Active Colorado license - required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
--Active BLS - required for credentialing
--Active DEA - required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
--Level 2 Certified - required
--Local, drive in candidates - highly preferred
--Clean MP/Background – required
--Setting: Clinic, Outpatient
--Days per month: 6
--Required Procedures: Level 2 workers comp cert, DOT physicals, impairment ratings, and m164
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: NP/PA, MA
--Reason for Coverage: Recruiting to replace a termed physician
--Must have work comp experience. Dot examiner strongly preferred.
--Patient Demographic: Adult
--Census/Admissions: 10-12
