Job Title: Full-Time Staff Physician
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, (No weekends or holidays)

Overview:
An established healthcare provider in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Staff Physician to join their team. This role is ideal for a physician experienced in Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care or one interested in transitioning to Occupational Medicine. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medical assessments for center patients and establish appropriate levels of care.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with employers on health and safety needs, conducting on-site assessments as needed.
  • Communicate with client representatives regarding employee health status and care plans.
  • Serve as a supportive leader for medical staff in the absence of the Medical Director.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain clinical competency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Current unrestricted medical license in Texas DEA license required.
  • Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
    • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations.
    • Patient-first approach and effective bedside manner.
    • Team-oriented, adaptable, and supportive within a multidisciplinary environment.
