Occupational Medicine Opening in Missouri Full-time, permanent placement Located in Joplin, MO BC/BE physician trained in Family or Occupational Medicine Joining established, full-service occupational health clinic On-site imaging services are available, including X-Rays Potential to expanding services to include on-site clinics to customers Practice provided with full support staff Monday Friday, 8am 5pm, no call Services Offered Work-related Injury Care - Initial treatment, management and follow-up of work-related injuries and illnesses Specialty Exams - Second opinions, disability evaluations for work-related injuries and fitness for duty evaluations Physical Exams - Department of transportation, bus driver, respirator, return-to-work and executive physicals Pre-Employment, Post-Accident and Drug & Alcohol Testing - Breath alcohol, blood alcohol, urine collection and analysis, rapids, hair collection and analysis, and full scope of substance abuse panels and National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) drug testing Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services - Ensures accurate and fair analysis of any non-negative drug test result Medical surveillance - Audiometric, Tuberculosis (TB), pulmonary function, respirator fit testing, X-Rays and vision and blood testing Wellness programs - On-site health fairs and education Adult immunizations - Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, tetanus, flu Compensation Competitive base salary, signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement negotiable as part of compensation package 200 Hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours Medical, life and long-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, vision and dental insurance 403 (b) tax deferred annuity, 457 (b) deferred compensation retirement plan About Findlay Downtown Findlay is a blend of beautiful, historical structures bustling with retail shops, restaurants, activities and businesses The Findlay area offers year-round recreation and cultural activities, unique cuisine and a wide range of attractions The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA) provides a hub for the performing and visual arts Findlay is home to the University of Findlay, Owens Community College and ,Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
