- Common occupational musculoskeletal injuries of the neck, back, and upper and lower extremities.
- Work-related injuries to the head with or without loss of consciousness, assuming the individual is currently conscious and alert.
- Work-related injuries to the chest or abdomen, with the possibility of hernias.
- Work-related lacerations of the face, scalp, and extremities. o Work-related eye injuries, including foreign bodies to the eye, non-penetrating eye injuries, and chemical exposures.
- Work-related rashes and other occupational skin conditions.
- Occupational asthma and other work-related respiratory symptoms.
- Treatment of non-displaced uncomplicated fractures, including interpreting radiographs, splinting, and orthopedic referral when appropriate.

DOT cert HIGHLY PREFERRED

Credentialing will take 3-4 weeks

Solo provider. Will have MA and Nurse alongside

Open to 4 days/week

Ideally want someone Locums to Perm but not a dealbreaker

Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus
- Highly prefer someone LOCAL or minimal travel needed.
