Your role:
As a Medical Director, you'll support the leadership team in ensuring consistency in clinical care while implementing strategies to enhance both clinical and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and lead by example, ensuring clinical excellence and a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement improvements in clinical quality, workflows, and patient satisfaction.
- Mentor and train new and existing clinicians, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Support the financial and strategic goals of the clinic by understanding key business drivers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with employers, payers, and local communities to support market growth.

Qualifications
Current, unrestricted medical license and DEA license.
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Preferred two years of clinical and supervisory experience, with a focus on managed care and physician management.
