Your Day:
  • Provide direct patient care while leading by example and ensuring clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to enhance clinical quality, workflows, and patient experience
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and implement clinical improvements that optimize patient care
  • Mentor and train clinicians, fostering a collaborative, professional environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Understand and contribute to center financial goals, aiding in the achievement of annual business and strategic plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, payers, and local communities to support market growth
  • Assist in managing staffing needs and may be required to oversee patient drug/alcohol testing

Qualifications

Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
Current, unrestricted medical and DEA license
Ideally, at least two years of direct clinical and supervisory experience
Preferred two years of experience in managed care and physician leadership.
Proven experience in developing and leading medical management and quality improvement initiatives
