Our client in Northern California is looking for an experienced Clinic Medical Director to lead a thriving healthcare center.

This role offers a perfect balance between clinical care and leadership responsibilities, with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to earn up to $30K in bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians and support staff.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and payers.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee clinic performance, including financial and operational metrics, to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty.
Active and unrestricted medical license.
Unrestricted DEA license.
FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
