Our client in Northern California is looking for an experienced Clinic Medical Director to lead a thriving healthcare center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and payers.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Oversee clinic performance, including financial and operational metrics, to achieve business goals.
