Are you a skilled physician with leadership experience, ready to take on a dynamic role that blends clinical care with operational management?

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to join their team and provide exceptional leadership across multiple clinical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, ensuring best-in-class clinical service delivery.
  • Oversee the onboarding, mentoring, and development of clinicians to maintain consistency in care.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor clinical metrics and outcomes to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and leadership, supporting clinical and operational strategies.
  • Handle administrative duties such as clinician scheduling, performance evaluations, and operational planning.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patient and employer communication, ensuring timely follow-up on treatment plans.


Work Environment:

  • 100% outpatient care in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Employee Health settings.
  • Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required.

Benefits:
  • This position is eligible to earn a base compensation of $260,000 to $300,000

Qualifications

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
Unrestricted medical and DEA licenses in California.
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Preferred experience in managed care and physician management.
DOT Preferred but not required
