Coverage Need
- September 16 - December 31, 2024
Schedule
- 1-5 days per week
- 8a-6p or 8a-5p
- Coverage for last minute call outs as well as PTO requests
Clinical Details
- Offers a mix of primary care, occupational medicine, and urgent care
- Must have some Occ Med or UC experience
- Standard UC procedures
- Must be able to see all ages
- Must be available immediately
- Treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Requirements
- DOT certification
- Must be DOT certified at time of presentation
- Active NM license
