Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a 100% Occupational Medicine physician to perform DOT, for workers’ compensation and disability, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty examinations for duty evaluation. Physician must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
