We are seeking a dedicated locum tenens Nurse Practitioner to join our occupational medicine team in Whitakers, North Carolina! Enjoy a flexible assignment providing comprehensive healthcare services to a manufacturing workforce.

Practice Setting

  • Outpatient setting with an adults patient panel
  • Average volume of 15-20 patients per day
  • RNs are onsite 24/7 for support, with an onsite and remote Medical Director available for consultations
    • Charting: Epic, OHM
    • Fast credentialing process

Cases and Procedures

  • Occupational health services (medical surveillance, work-related injury care, case/leave management, BAT testing, acute episodic care), and some light primary care
    • Procedures include laceration repairs

Schedule

  • Days needed are December 2, 2024 - March 3, 2025
  • Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
    • No call requirements

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine
  • BLS and DEA certifications required; DOT preferred
