Seeking a a Physician Medical Director to join our Occupational Health team in Dubuque, IA. _x000D_

* Established practice Current providers: 2 highly experienced NPs _x000D_

* Onsite services: complete lab with courier service, PT, and X-ray services performed at nearby FP clinic _x000D_
* Monday through Friday scheduling (with flexibility) _x000D_
* Monday 8am-5pm at Occupational Health Clinic _x000D_
* Tuesday 7am-3:30pm at John Deere Facility _x000D_
* Wednesday 8am-5pm at clinic _x000D_
* Thursday 7am-3:30pm at John Deere _x000D_
* Friday 6am-10am at John Deere and 10am-2:30pm at clinic _x000D_

**Responsibilities:**_x000D_

* Average patients/day: 22-25/provider _x000D_
* No call requirement 36 patient care hours/week with 4 hours/week dedicated to Medical Directorship duties _x000D_
* Medical Director is to establish and direct policies and protocol to ensure best patient outcomes _x000D_
* Must be highly motivated to manage a busy and growing Occupational Medicine practice _x000D_
* Maintaining and promoting strong client focus _x000D_
* Fostering positive relationships with employers/clients of UPH Finley Occupational Health_x000D_

* MD or DO Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Occupational Medicine _x000D_
* Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the state of Iowa _x000D_
* Eligible to work in the United States _x000D_
* Ability to work as a team member
