Annashae is seeking a Primary Care Physician to oversee medical services for employees in a manufacturing environment. The Contract Physician shall serve as "designated medical director" providing general oversight/sign items for eligible employees, and provide professional direction, as necessary to three registered nurses in the daily operation of the Employee Health Units.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be a Board-Certified Physician for a Family Practice (MD) or Occupational Medicine.
• Have a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of WV.
• Possess a current DEA registration.
• Be acquainted and current with occupational health regulations including CDC, FOH, OSHA, and FDA guidelines.
