Occupational Medicine Director opening - Dubuque, IA Located on the IA, IL, WI border Position Details

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Established practice
  • Current providers: 2 highly experienced NPs
  • Highly experienced clinical team who know the patients well
  • Onsite services: complete lab with courier service, PT, and X-ray services performed at nearby FP clinic
Schedule Monday through Friday scheduling (with flexibility) Monday 8am-5pm at Occupational Health Clinic Tuesday 7am-3:30pm at John Deere Facility Wednesday 8am-5pm at clinic Thursday 7am-3:30pm at John Deere Friday 6am-10am at John Deere and 10am-2:30pm at clinic Responsibilities: Average patients/day: 22-25/provider No call requirement 36 patient care hours/week with 4 hours/week dedicated to Medical Directorship duties Medical Director is to establish and direct policies and protocol to ensure best patient outcomes Must be highly motivated to manage a busy and growing Occupational Medicine practice Maintaining and promoting strong client focus Fostering positive relationships with employers/clients Compensation/Benefits A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
