JOB DETAILS:
  • Open dates: ASAP Pending Credentialing thru 5/06/22
  • We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Med/UC experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
  • MUST be DOT certified
  • Flexible, weekday availability, willing to travel if needed.
  • Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
  • EMR/EHR system: Allscripts
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active unrestricted MI license,
  • DEA
  • DOT cert
  • Proof of vaccination .
  • Name Clear/Submission Process and Turnaround time: Has been about 1 week
  • **Very important - Pls make sure CV's are in month/year format
