A recognized health services network in New York is currently seeking a licensed OB/GYN Laborist to join their growing team at one of their Bronx-based facilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Two 24-hour shifts (8am to 8pm)
- Setting: Hospital
- Specialty: Labor & Delivery and GYN surgery
Responsibilities:
- Basic care check-ups and procedures
- Labor and Delivery (L&D) triage
- Labor management
- Supervision of Midwives & Residents as well as co-management/consultation, as needed
- OB & GYN surgical services in the Operating Room
- Assisting with procedures in the Emergency Department, as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible / Certified
