Highly regarded OBGYN practice with two locations is seeking a full time MD to add to its talented staff. Private practice, employed position with a partnership track with no buy in. Work week will consist of 8 sessions (equivalent to 4 days). 4-week rotating template: 1 weekday off per week with one of those days being a Friday each month, every weekend off (Sat & Sun) except for your 1:4 call weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun). Monday after call weekend off. Once you are a partner, work week decreases to 7 sessions (or 3.5 days) and salary increases to that of the other full-time partners.


Compensation based on experience:

  • 3-year salary guarantee with yearly increase
  • Signing bonus
  • Relocation allowance of $5,000
  • Claims-made professional liability insurance
  • Year 1-3: 3 weeks vacation (plus 3 CME days/year), Year 4-5: 4 weeks, Year 6+: 6 weeks additionally
  • (9) observed holidays off except for 2 on-call per year (a 3rd on call every 4 years)
  • Maternity/Paternity leave

Additional Compensation/Benefits:

  • Annual CME allowance of $1,500
  • Fees covered for state license, DEA, professional liability premium, board certification and recertification, ACOG and AIUM membership fees, etc.
