DEPARTMENT OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY AND WOMEN’S HEALTH

THE POSITION:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is seeking an individual to join our well-established Division of Gynecologic Oncology. The full-time faculty position is for Assistant or Associate Professor with rank and compensation to be determined commensurate to qualifications and experience.

Our current division is active in all aspects of academic medicine. We serve a diverse community in the Bronx, New York and provide comprehensive clinical care for women with gynecologic malignancy including outreach to serving the underserved. We are an NRG oncology member and are active in the establishment of clinical trials as well as translational research. We have an ACGME-accredited Gynecologic Oncology fellowship, one of the largest Obstetrics and Gynecology residency programs in the country, and a strong commitment to medical students at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine

THE CANDIDATE: We are seeking a candidate with outstanding abilities in providing clinical care to our patients for both surgical cases and chemotherapy management. Significant value is placed on providing educational training to our fellows, residents, and medical students as well as supporting our clinical and translational research endeavors. Candidates must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Gynecologic Oncology.
