Join a busy-growing OBGYN practice located a few miles outside of Boston. They are looking to hire 2 generalist physicians to join their 2 practice locations, both bedroom communities to Boston. Priority hire is for their main location as one of the physicians will be relocating home to Maine. They currently have 3 physicians and 2 NPs and admit to a community-based hospital that has a level II nursery and all services in-house. They also just opened an additional office nearby with a large patient base and they are looking to add a physician asap to this location as well. Experienced providers are preferred but they can be flexible and will consider new grads. Physicians will benefit from having the practice's management support and mentoring opportunities. And their long-term plan is to add another physician for the new location. Enjoy a 4-day work week with 1 day of surgery. Robotics and mentoring and 1:12 call with cross coverage. Offer includes competitive salary, benefits, and occurrence malpractice.

Compensation is in the top 20% for the area including generous salary, 100% health, 401K etc.
