Job Responsibilities:

• Provide labor and delivery call coverage, handling emergencies and drop-ins from the ED.
• Perform required procedures including vaginal deliveries, emergency C-sections, and gynecological emergency surgeries.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and pediatricians to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize the Paragon EMR system for patient documentation.
• Maintain availability during specified shifts and respond promptly to on-call situations.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
• Completion of OB/GYN Fellowship - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Texas medical license - REQUIRED
• BLS and ACLS certifications - REQUIRED
• Availability for all listed dates for consideration - REQUIRED
