We are seeking a Permanent OB/GYN Physician in Iowa.

Position Details:

• Join a busy, well-established practice with instant patient volume.

• Work alongside four OB/GYNs and one ARNP.

• Call Schedule: Approximately five days of call per month.

• Newly remodeled clinic on the main campus—close to Labor & Delivery, Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology.

• Access to Perinatology consultation.

• Operating Room block time available five days a week, including Robotic Surgery access.

• Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses.

• On-site specialist support including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, and more.

• Not open to J1 visa candidates.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED

• Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and license history - REQUIRED

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $375,000

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000

• PTO: 34–40 days

• Annual CME Allowance: $5,500
