  • Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 5 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and In-house call if needed. There are an average of 8-20 patients per shift.The position involves C-sections, GYN procedures, and surgeries, with no known malpractice count restrictions. The provider can expect approximately 20 deliveries per month and an office schedule of around 20 patients per day. Call shifts are 24 hours, with some scheduled office patients between 8 AM - 4 PM, as the clinic is located within the birthing center. While in-house call is preferred, especially when a midwife may not be scheduled with the provider, the physician can provide further clarification during the screening process if needed.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform C-sections, GYN procedures, and surgeries.
- Manage labor and delivery, handling approximately 20 deliveries per month.
- Provide patient care in the clinic, seeing around 20 patients per day.
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including in-house call when necessary.

Qualifications

- Board-certified OB/GYN with experience in labor, delivery, and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with midwives and healthcare teams.
- No known malpractice count restrictions.

Working Hours

- 24-hour call shifts, with in-house call preferred when a midwife is not scheduled.
- Office hours from 8 AM - 4 PM with some scheduled patients during call shifts.
