Details:
Locums provider must be Board Certified OBGYN (MD or DO).
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
No Call, OT pay available for patient care after shift.
Must have an active IL license and DEA/CSR
Level 1 Trauma Center
EMR is EPIC
100% Female, all ages except peds
Procedures required: Colpo, LEEP in office, not planning for procedures outside of the office at this point. Surgical patients will be referred to perm providers. No case volume required for clinic.
Cases per day: 16-20
Support Staff: CMA, RN
Credentials: Active IL Medical License, BC in OBGYN, active DEA & CS licenses
