- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1 is looking for a provider to cover In-house call only. This is a laborist position. Call is shared with a group of laborists and generalists. No in office clinics for this position. Shifts will be assigned for days, nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage labor and delivery patients, including high-risk obstetric cases.
- Collaborate with laborists, generalists, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform emergency obstetric procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications
- Active medical license in Indiana or IMLC
- Prior experience in a hospital-based laborist role preferred.
- Proficiency in managing high-risk obstetric cases and emergency procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Working Hours
- Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
- Call schedule is shared among laborists and generalists.
Skills
- Proficiency in emergency obstetric procedures, such as C-sections and operative deliveries.
- Strong clinical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
