*Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report
*Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back
*Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a physician decides they want to stay in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there based on the criteria contained herein)
